Bumbleride: From your perspective, why should parents consider buying a stroller using eco-friendly materials that also have no harmful chemicals?
Esti: As parents we need to consider how our actions will impact our children’s futures. Everything we do as humans has an impact on their world – the world we’ll pass on to them. Through that lens, sustainability is a very real and scary thing. Fortunately, there are companies like Bumbleride that have taken a stand to reduce the footprint of products we use, and it makes us feel better to know that we’re doing our part making smart and responsible purchases.
Bumbleride: Thank you, Esti! Being eco is not a trend. We began using environmentally conscious materials way back in 2011 and have continued to be considerate of our impact not only on the planet, but also of the little ones who ride in our strollers and what they are exposed to. We’ve had a long history working together. Take us on a ride down memory lane.
Esti: When we opened our doors in 2011, PishPosh Baby was on a mission to offer the largest selection of baby gear products on the internet. One of the first brands that we chose to sell was Bumbleride. From the beginning we saw a lot of success with Bumbleride sales, as a good part of our customer base was young, active moms, who were looking for well-made strollers with a good push. Ever since then Bumbleride has been one of our top selling stroller brands and we look forward to continuous success between our brands.
Bumbleride: For parents having twins or adding another little one to the family, what are the benefits of Indie Twin besides the eco-friendly and non-toxic materials?
Esti: The Indie Twin is a great double stroller for a family welcoming twins or adding in another little one. It has an amazing push and provides the parent and children with a comfortable ride. Unlike most other double strollers, it has the option to connect one or two car seats, or one or two bassinets. There are also many accessory options such as snack packs and parent packs. Additionally, if you have a third child, you have the option to add on a ride along board, making this the perfect double for any family!
