We want you to love your new Bumbleride product, but if for some reason you need to return it there are a few guidelines we ask you to keep in mind:
We offer free returns on all strollers and accessories ordered directly from Bumbleride.com for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is in NEW condition with ALL packaging and materials included (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). The stroller can be opened and used inside a home but cannot be used outside. Returns after 30 days are subject to approval by Bumbleride staff. Customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges, up to 60 days post-purchase.
- Items may be opened; however, returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all accessories and operating manuals. Missing packaging, accessories or operating manuals WILL VOID a return.
Only customers who have purchased from Bumbleride.com are eligible for a return under these guidelines. All other customers must contact the vendor from which they purchased the product. We are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of Bumbleride.com.
Bumbleride is not responsible for return shipments lost or delayed in transit.

Once we receive your return, we will review the package and if approved, will offer a refund of the amount paid for the stroller, accessory, or replacement part. The credit will process to your original form of payment in 7-10 business days. Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
