At Bumbleride, we stand behind our strollers and accessories 100%. 

Your Bumbleride stroller frame comes with a lifetime warranty and a lifetime of friendly customer service to ensure that you will love your Bumbleride for years to come.

The fabric components, tires, inner tubes and accessories are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear (seams/piping) will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost. Fading of Bumbleride's eco fabric may occur during normal use and is not covered by the warranty. Fading of fabrics may be minimized by not leaving your open stroller outdoors, not drying fabric in direct sunlight or by using the optional rain cover in rainy weather. 

The warranty card must be returned, or online registration completed in order to activate the warranty period. The warranty covers consumers who have purchased their Bumbleride within the U.S and Canada, repair and shipping costs may vary outside of North America.

Shipping and handling for any replacement part or repair is to be covered by the consumer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, including rust, airline damage, accidents, lack of maintenance, damage caused by parts not manufactured by Bumbleride or unauthorized repairs.  

This warranty covers Bumbleride Products purchased new from authorized dealers only. A list of authorized dealers can be found by visiting our store locator page.

Upon receipt of the product, Bumbleride or its authorized repair center, will arrange for inspection of the item, check to see if the problem is due to defective parts or defective workmanship on behalf of Bumbleride, in which Bumbleride will repair or replace the product. If not covered under the original warranty, or for damage due to wear and tear, Bumbleride will repair or replace at a reasonable charge.
