- We only accept returns on unopened, unused products sealed in their original packaging with a valid receipt
- Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered
- Please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. There is a $60 return shipping fee for Clek Car Seats
- If returned merchandise is found to have been used, is damaged, is improperly packaged, does not match your original purchase or otherwise fails to meet our return requirements as outlined in our return policy, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. If inspected and found to be in unsellable condition, the product will be returned to you (you will be responsible for the additional return shipping charges)

- We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered to the warehouse
