Shipping Policy

Free shipping and returns applies to: US orders over $99, HI orders over $250, excluding part orders and shipments to Alaska and U.S. Territories.

Bumbleride ships to most US States excluding Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO and PO Box addresses.

Order Processing Time:

 We expect standard in stock orders to ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase. 

We do not currently offer signature delivery or expedited shipping.

Damaged package claims must be submitted here within 3 days of the delivery date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for orders shipped and marked as delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

As soon as your order ships, you can expect to receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note your order can no longer be edited 30 minutes past order submission.
