Almost great

The bassinet is great and we loved it! But it has one big minus as the usability goes. It is really hard for one person to take it from the stroller while having a baby inside (to push and pull both buttons at the same time over the bassinet and then maneuver to hold it on top/or by the sided so it doesn't fall off). I don't have an elevator and I needed to take the baby off the stroller and it was a stressful job. I would still choose the stroller(Indie) and the bassinet because they are awesome, but this was really inconvenient.

LOVE our bassinet

We use it daily for walks and it’s easy to change her in it if need be on the go. Thanks!

Love taking my daughter for

Love taking my daughter for walks in the bassinet.

Super quick delivery and beautiful bassinet

The bassinet came 2 days after we ordered it in the mail and was super easy to assemble and attach to the stroller. This is one of the very few running strollers (we have the speed) that are available with a bassinet - allowing us to buy only one stroller. Overall the bassinet seems to be of good quality, with a large and “deep space for the baby which feels safe. We are stoked and excited to start using it!

worth the trip to the US border (purchased from Canada)

simply perfect!

I love the only complaint with the bassinet is that there is no way to incline the head. My baby doesn't like riding would be nice if there was a way to elevate/incline the head so the baby could sit up

I am satisfied with this bassinet but missing the rain cover for the bassinet. I dont understand the reason, that is not shipped with the rain cover as the stroller. I fully support the review by Daria

Great bassinet!

I love this bassinet! Fairly easy to install as well. I wish the mattress/pad was maybe a little thicker but other than that it's grest

Nice and functional, but the owners' manual is a disaster. What a pity.

The bassinet itself if very nice and functional, but the owner's manual that comes with it, unlike the owners' manual that comes with the stroller itself, is poorly written and unclear. Why save money on writing such an important thing as owner's manual? It just makes the customer frustrated and upset. The problems with the manual are as follows: 1) It does not specify "what is in the box". I found in the box two black plastic details and I have no idea what to do with them. 2) It does not explain how to prepare the stroller in order to attach the bassinet to it (in fact, you have to remove fabric and backrest, and neither stroller's nor bassinet's manual explains it). I still cannot figure that part out. 3) It does not explain what to do with those two black plastic things that were in the box, and it does not illustrate how adapters should glide in the hot shoes. As a result, I cannot attach the bassinet to the stroller. 4) The pictures and the text are so tiny (seriously? do you think I am able to see how the adapter and hot shoe combination should look like on that microscopic image where everything just looks black? there should be a drawing of that connection, not a tiny photo). 5) So I feel foolish and upset. The stroller's manual is excellent and clear, why did you neglect the one for the bassinet? And sorry, the website video is not enough.
